We do this by means of a corporate review (audit), where we gather data pertaining to your current purchasing activities. We then analyse this data and initially identify areas where efficiencies can be made by categorisation, economies of scale, product re-engineering and basically adding the value of your purchasing to our overall spend to buy at a more competitive level. This together with other cost saving initiatives will be given to you in the form of a report and presentation. Depending on the size of your organisation this activity can typically take a couple of weeks.
